By accessing or using Lucky AutoWP("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lucky AutoWP is a content creation and WordPress publishing platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users research, write, and publish articles. The Service includes competitor research, article generation, image creation, keyword analysis, and WordPress publishing tools.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including articles, images, and metadata. Lucky AutoWP does not claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. WordPress Credentials
When you connect a WordPress site, your credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We access your WordPress site solely to perform actions you request (publishing, updating, or syncing content). We never share your credentials with third parties.
8. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI may require review and editing before publishing. Lucky AutoWP does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
Lucky AutoWPis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
